We offer you an unforgetable Italian countryside experience. Come for a spectacular vacation to the green heart of Italy also known as, Umbria! This area has outstanding local cuisine, stunning and surrounding views, historic hilltop towns, and architecture that will have you in absolute awe. Our rental provides three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, outside terrace, and pool with dining and lounge area overlooking a beautiful mountain range, hills and olive groves.

We produce olive oil from our trees, some of which date back 300 years. Olive harvest and press is normally between mid October and the beginning of November.
You can pick seasonal fruit from the garden including pears, cherries, apricots, plums, figs, grapes, and apples.
Limoncello is made in house.
There are stunning views from the village of the famous Tiber River and gorge before it flows into Lago di Corbara (Lake Corbara) which is a 15 mins. drive away. For those who like to be near water, there are two other lakes in the area – Lago di Bolsena and Lago di Trasimeno.
Acqualoreto is no more than a one hour drive to many of Umbria’s fabled hilltop towns: Todi (20 mins.), Orvieto (35 mins.), Perugia (45 mins.), Assisi (1 hr), Spoleto (1 hr), Montefalco (45 mins.). In addition, an important archaeological site, the Roman town of Carsulae is only 30 mins. away. There is a site with Etruscan tombs near Montecchio, a short drive from the village and an Etruscan necropolis at the base of the cliffs of Orvieto.
What our local villages have to offer... all within 5 to 10 minutes away...
Acqualoreto - This is where we are. We have a bar, perfect for morning coffees and pastries and great aperativo's before lunch and dinner. There is a fantastic Osteria that serves local umbrian food. There is inddor and outdoor seating right in the piazza. A short walk up the road and we have a playground, perfect if you are travelling with kids.
Collelungo - A five minute drive to our neighbouring village and you have access to local cheese production. They produce a locally famous pecorino (served in many restaraunts in surrounding towns) mozarella, ricotta, and yogurt. There is a larger bar that also serves fresh gelato! There is also a local shop where you can find many amenities and essentials including fresh cut meat and local sausages.
Morre - A two minute drive and there is a modern pharmacy with great service. A couple of the staff have some English which is very helpful for any specific needs. There is another, smaller store. A post office and another play ground.
Izzalini - A seven minute drive to a fantastic bakery offering sweet and savery fresh goods.
Fiore - There is an excellent pizzeria / restaurant (Rosa dei Venti) serving typical Umbrian dishes only 10 minutes drive away.
